Our approach to cancellations for bespoke commissions and fabric orders.
Deposits
Bespoke commissions require a deposit to commence work and reserve fabrics. The deposit confirms your commitment and allows us to begin the commissioning process.
After Work Has Begun
Once fabric has been cut, ordered, reserved, or work has commenced on your garment, cancellation may not be possible. These materials and labour are allocated specifically to your commission.
Case-by-Case Review
Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We approach each request with fairness and understanding, considering the stage of the commission and the circumstances.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds or credits, where applicable, depend on the stage of the order. Deposits for commissions where work has not yet begun may be refundable less an administrative fee. Once materials are allocated, deposits are typically non-refundable.
