How The Vicuña Room manages delivery of bespoke garments and fabric orders.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary by garment type, fabric availability, number of fittings required, and your location. We provide estimates at the time of commission and communicate progress throughout.
Bespoke Garments
Bespoke garments require multiple fittings and are typically delivered eight to twelve weeks from the first fitting. Complex commissions may take longer.
Delivery Methods
Depending on your location and preference, delivery may be arranged via local handover, studio pickup, courier, or personal delivery. We will confirm the most appropriate method with you.
Fabric Orders
Fabric orders and garment commissions may have different timelines. Fabric availability from mills — particularly for vicuña, cashmere, and specially sourced materials — can affect timing.
Imported Fabrics
Fabrics sourced from international mills may be subject to production schedules and shipping timelines beyond our direct control. We communicate expected timelines at the point of selection.
