What the Machine
Cannot Dream
A factory can produce a jacket. It cannot produce a garment that belongs. The difference lives in what the machine cannot reach — the millimetre of a collar, the weight of a cloth, the placement of a pocket. These are decisions no algorithm makes, because they require a hand, an eye, and a refusal to hurry. This is why bespoke matters.

Twelve Considerations
Collar Shape
The collar frames the face. A millimetre of height or spread changes everything.
Shoulder Line
Where the shoulder ends, the jacket begins. It must be exact.
Trouser Rise
Rise determines where the trouser sits — and how the entire proportion reads.
Pleats
Pleats are not decoration. They create room where the body needs it.
Drape
How cloth falls from the body. Drape is the difference between fit and elegance.
Waistband
Height, curvature, and closure. The waistband carries the trouser.
Buttons
Material, spacing, and placement. A button is a decision.
Lining
What lies beneath. A lining affects drape, comfort, and longevity.
Cloth Weight
Fifty grams change the season, the drape, the purpose.
Hand Finishing
Where the hand meets the cloth, the garment becomes alive.
Pocket Placement
A pocket placed wrong breaks a line. Placement is architecture.
Balance
Standing and sitting. A garment must work in every position.
